    The marketing site, and mail that lands

    • Full public site: features, for doctors, migration, security, pricing, changelog, FAQ, contact, privacy and terms.
    • Overhauled landing page in the ledger design language, with the generated-week artifact on a drenched cover.
    • App email moved to a Google-hosted transport after consumer inboxes filtered the cold sending domain; every send carries a plain-text part.
    • Clearer terminology across the app: reduced staffing, med resident and assess-capable spelled out, with hover explanations on staff flags.

    Medrota 1.0

    • The nine-stage generation engine: senior SR-call alternation, night groups A to D, med-resident seat, 40-hour base fill, weekend and holiday reduced templates, equity-spread sessions, automatic D1/D2, full validation with a written report.
    • The scheduler's grid: legacy layout and colours, cell editor with warnings, locks that survive regeneration, publish with email and workbook attachment.
    • Doctor flows: structured requests with window reminders, trades and give-ups with approval, absence reporting, the open-session board with capability and double-booking guards, sessional availability.
    • Live calendar: month view and the on-now day board with SR call and admitting ward.
    • Workbook round-trip: dry-run imports with typo-tolerant matching, cell-for-cell three-sheet exports, verified against a real department's June 2026 file.
    • Passwordless magic-link sign-in, server-enforced roles, append-only audit log.
    • A real department seeded: June 2026 imported from the source workbook, July generated and published with zero rule violations, August drafted, September's request window open.
