For doctors
Your month, without the group chat
You did not choose medicine to chase a spreadsheet. Ask for what you need by the 15th, see your shifts the moment they publish, and handle the rest in a few taps.
Getting in
No new password, ever
Your scheduler adds your email. You get a one-time sign-in link that keeps you signed in for 30 days on your own phone. That is the whole onboarding.
Asking
Say it once, get an answer
Five request types cover what the free-text column always tried to say: days off, morning preference, evening preference, the night dates you want, a weekend protected.
New request
Reminders find you. If you have not submitted for next month you get a nudge on the 10th, 13th and 15th. Submit once and the nudges stop.
Answers come with reasons. When the month generates, each request shows honored, partial or declined, and why. No more wondering if anyone read it.
Change your mind. Withdraw a pending request any time before the month is built.
Your shifts
The rota in your pocket
Your dashboard shows your next shifts and the request deadline. My Rota lists the month with the marks that matter: D1 and D2 days, bold paid sessions, custom hours.

Claim sessionTrade in the open. Give a shift up to the pool or to a named colleague, or propose a swap. They accept, the scheduler approves, the grid updates itself. Every step is visible.
Claim extra pay. Open sessions are the light-blue seats. If you are eligible, one tap makes it yours; the system checks capability and double-booking before it says yes.
Absent, sorted. Pick the shift, say why, done. The scheduler is notified and the seat gets covered properly instead of by rumor.
The floor
Who is on, right now
The day board shows every post across morning, afternoon and night, with the current wave highlighted and SR call on top. Useful at handover, priceless at 3am.

Cover on your terms
Post the dates you can work. The generator offers you seats on those dates, the open board shows everything claimable, and every shift you take is a paid session by definition. No more surprise phone calls.
